Community Representative

Tom Cross leads community relations for Avila at the Lodge, condominium hotel on Horseshoe Bend Parkway on Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks. Tom has more than 20 years of real estate and recreational community experience, previously working for Cooper Communities, the largest homebuilder in Arkansas and a developer of retirement communities.

Prior to relocating to the Lake of the Ozarks in early 2007, Tom served as project manager for Cross Creek, a 325 home and villa subdivision in Rogers, Ark. He also owned a General Motors dealership in Kansas for 20 years.

As a community representative for Avila at the Lodge, Tom is responsible for the condominium hotel’s information center. He is available to answer questions and explain the community’s many features. Additional representatives will also be available to answer questions about Avila’s onsite, voluntary rental management program.
