Four Seasons Homes came into existence through Harold Koplar's dream to develop a vacation-lifestyle and communities at the Lake of the Ozarks – communities founded on strong values and quality. Over the years as Koplar's family and the Four Seasons Group developed the areas of Four Seasons and Porto Cima at the Lake of the Ozarks, the need for a homebuilder with a sense of responsibility to the customer and community became obvious.

Four Seasons developed their homes division as a service to the customers who had invested in lots: an option to choose a builder with stability, and credibility. Formal organization of Four Seasons Homes took place in 1998, but the company carries the strength and stability of the Four Seasons Group's more than 40 years of service to the Lake of the Ozarks. The staff at Four Seasons Homes totals nearly 200 combined years of experience.

Four Seasons Homes provides security for each customer through support staff ready for questions in the office seven days a week. Our growing staff of 15 employees maintains an uncompromising devotion to detail and quality, and each condominium, townhome, patio home and custom home we build is backed by a 10-year limited home warranty.
